Preparation for cabinets and appliances, along with installation responsibilities, is agreed for each property. Any electrical, plumbing or ventilation work is clarified separately.
Finishing and adjoining rooms
Trims, edges and surface junctions complete the work. Surfaces in adjoining rooms can also be renewed at the same time.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost?
The cost is assessed for your property and the agreed work. Even kitchens of the same size in Vantaa can differ in cost because of removal, preparation, surfaces, cabinets and installation. Tell us the size, current condition and changes you want so we can refine the estimate.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?

Can the floor and walls be renewed at the same time?
Yes, flooring and wall surfaces can be renewed as part of a kitchen renovation. Surfaces in adjoining rooms can also be included in the agreed work. The existing condition and new cabinet layout affect the order of work.
Do I need to notify the housing company about a kitchen renovation?
A kitchen renovation may require a notification, depending on the work involved. Electrical, plumbing, ventilation and structural changes in particular need to be clarified in advance. Check your housing company's procedures and required documents with the property manager or housing company before work begins.
